In order to strengthen its Frontline and Quality Management team, MAINSYS is looking for an IT employee in the banking sector whose main tasks will be toTest the banking applications developed and maintained by usHandle application incidents submitted by our clients within the contractual deadlines agreed between the partiesPropose short-term solutions (workarounds) to incidents Analyse the functional impact of incidents and/or bugs on the working of our applicationsAnswer functional questions about our applicationsPerform a first functional analysis to determine the potential source of bugs encountered and report them to the development teamsYour profileYou have at least one year of experience in a similar role (mandatory)You have a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experienceYou have practical knowledge of SQL, such as consulting databases via complex queries, and are able to consult application logsYou have at least a basic functional knowledge of the banking world, particularly credits, and you are willing to learn more.You are self-reliant, able to prioritise your work and manage peaks in workloadYou have good analytical skills and are able to propose short- and long-term solutionsYou are rigorous and methodical, and you understand that testing is a fundamental activity that enables us to deliver quality to our customersYou enjoy working in a teamYou are fluent in French or Dutch and have a basic knowledge of the other language.
