Pour gérer une équipe d'environ 10 experts Learning & Coaching, nous recherchons un/une Head of Learning & Development Agencies. Il/elle coordonne et organise le développement des talents au sein du réseau d'agents, veille à l'amélioration des compétences des collaborateurs du réseau d'agents grâce à l'organisation de programmes de formation dans les domaines technique, lié aux produits et commercial. En outre, il/elle est chargé(e) de superviser l'équipe Product Tax, qui fournit un soutien fiscal au réseau d'agents.
Dans cette fonction:
- Vous êtes responsable de l'optimisation des compétences des collaborateurs du réseau d'agents en proposant des programmes de formation et de coaching;
- vous organisez des formations en présentiel et à distance afin d'optimiser les compétences techniques et non techniques;
- vous mettez en place un programme de soutien fiscal pour le réseau d'agents afin d'accroître l'expertise des agents dans ce domaine;
- vous vous chargez de l'attribution et du suivi des points de formation FSMA pour les agents, afin que ces derniers soient en mesure de respecter leurs obligations réglementaires;
- vous mettez en place une structure organisationnelle efficace et gérez les méthodes de travail et les procédures qui y sont liées au sein de votre service.
- Vous êtes capable de mener une analyse stratégique des besoins de formation spécifiques du réseau d'agents.
- Vous êtes en mesure de définir des objectifs d'apprentissage clairs et de transmettre le contenu de manière claire.
- Vous disposez d'un grand sens de l'organisation afin d'organiser les différents programmes de formation de manière optimale.
- Gérer une équipe vous donne de l'énergie ; vous démontrez votre valeur ajoutée grâce au coaching et à l'accompagnement des collaborateurs qui la composent.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master , avez au moins trois ans d'expérience dans le secteur bancaire et une connaissance approfondie des processus bancaires commerciaux.
- Vous avez une large connaissance des produits bancaires (crédits, produits d'investissement ...) combinée à une solide connaissance du secteur.
- Une bonne connaissance du néerlandais et du français est indispensable, car les formations se donnent dans tout le pays.
