Als BIM Modeler speel je een cruciale rol in de verwerking en beheer van ontwerp-, teken- en beheergegevens in het Building Information Model (BIM). Je zorgt voor een accurate en gestructureerde vastlegging van alle asset informatie, die essentieel is voor het bouwen, beheren en onderhouden van infrastructuur. Je werkt uit, tekent, en controleert asset informatie gedurende de gehele projectcyclus om te voldoen aan de standaarden voor nauwkeurigheid en conformiteit. Je ondersteunt de opzet en het onderhoud van de Common Data Environment (CDE), verwerkt asset informatie met de BIM Coördinator, en zorgt voor correcte integratie en up-to-date houden van CAD/BIM-modellen. Je ondersteunt de landmeters bij de analyse en verwerking van de opmetingsplannen. Je handhaaft datahygiëne en CAD/BIM-standaarden, assisteert bij coördinatievergaderingen, en verzorgt trainingen voor interne klanten over procedures en updates. Je superviseert de naleving van projectplannen van ontwerp tot as-built fase, en waarborgt effectieve informatiestromen binnen projecten. In je rugzak: minstens een eerste werkervaring in een gelijkaardige rol, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een bachelor diploma in bouwkunde of architectuur Tools zoals AutoCAD en Civil 3D hebben geen geheimen voor jou Je houdt ervan om vele contacten te hebben binnen je job. Dit doe je in het Nederlands of het Frans. Je kan de andere taal wel goed begrijpen. Ook in het Engels kan je goed je plan trekken. Gaat je hart al sneller slaan?
