Join us and let's build the future.Your first step toward a career in R&D at BeldenBegin your journey as an Embedded Software Developer in Olen, Belgium and grow within our Launch Program.This unique program offers structured development, cross-functional exposure, and the chance to complete at least one regional rotation in another Belden EMEA location during your second or third year.You will make an impact in the following way:Active role in our R&D team – contribute to:Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software in an embedded Linux environmentContribute to the development of industrial-grade telecommunication equipment used worldwideWork closely with product management, QA, and service teams to align on technical requirementsPerform design and code reviews, assist in debugging, and improve system performanceStay ahead of the curve by introducing innovative technologies and tools into R&D activitiesManage your own priorities and deadlines within a collaborative team environment Rotations across different Belden brands, locations, and technologies – gain exposure to various business units and countries within EMEA.Collaboration with other Launch Program participants through interactive, hands-on learning experiences.Deepen your understanding of our systems, develop your business acumen, and build your functional, commercial, and leadership skills.Individual coaching & mentoring from an experienced Belden leader throughout the program.What you will bring:Passion & enthusiasm: You are eager to take on challenges and learn quickly.Degree – A master's in engineering, with a passion for embedded systemsTechnical Skills – Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong software development and debugging skillsLeadership potential: Aiming to grow into a management career.Professional experience: A maximum of two years of work experience.Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plusFlexibility & mobility: Willing to relocate for at least one rotation and travel across Europe.Mindset – Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to stay ahead with the latest tools and technologiesAre you ready to make an impact and boost your career?
