In your role, you will be generating new ideas and conceptual frameworks to help solve our client’s HR and transformation challenges, provide hands-on solutions, and create insightful recommendations. That could mean : Supporting our customers' objective and vision through HR organizational model, policies and processes transformation. Supporting cultural evolution around strategic transformations by implementing an actionable plan Enhancing the people experience at our customer’s processes Defining & activating a tailored culture Implementing the best fitting Learning & Development strategy Equipping our customer HR team with the right tools (HRIS, digital solutions and AI) Supporting and securing transformations by integrating a change strategy from the start. We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen n gage expertise on HR topics : You either have experience (+/- 3 to 5 years) in HR roles such as HRBP, HR project manager, talent manager, HR consulting…OR experience in working on cultural transformation or on change management. Above that you can demonstrate : Consulting acumen by demonstrating excellent team player, communication, facilitation Ability to build relationships, and manage stakeholders, both internally and externally to your organization Eagerness to continuously learn, and bring innovative ideas. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (e.g. HR roles, Change Management...) A proven interest in the human dimension of companies, or you have real experience that has enabled you to make initial achievements in the HR field, in change management or in company transformation.
