The Sales Engineer plays a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring successful project handover and execution. Responsibilities The role includes a blend of the following activities: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities ("hunter mentality") while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing clients. Prepare offers, follow up on proposals, and ensure seamless handover to the execution teams. Translate client needs into tailored technical and commercial solutions. Take proactive actions to safeguard project margins and deliver high-quality results that meet both customer and internal expectations. Monitor account receivables, ensuring timely payments and healthy cash flow. Keep the CRM system (Salesforce) consistently updated and prepare regular sales and project performance reports. Competences and Skills Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Background in electromechanical or industrial engineering. Experience in technical sales, both in equipment and mounting activities. Solid project management and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Track record in technical sales or project-based environments.
