Your day at NTT DATA
As an Azure Cloud Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform. Your expertise will drive the successful deployment of scalable, secure, and highly available applications and services.
What you'll be doing
- Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop Azure-based solutions that align with business requirements.
- Infrastructure Design: Create robust and efficient cloud infrastructure, including virtual networks, storage, and compute resources.
- Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices, identity management, and compliance standards within Azure environments.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Migration and Deployment: Lead migration efforts from on-premises systems to Azure, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolutions.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, processes, and configurations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Azure Certification: Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar.
- Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing Azure solutions.
- Fluency in Dutch or French + English.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Azure services (compute, storage, networking, databases, etc.).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, ARM templates, Terraform).
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud architectures.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
