Your mission

As an Account Manager at myneva, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base, focusing on our existing customers in Flanders in social care and growing into new markets. After training, you will also take on responsibilities in Luxembourg. Customers count on you for your expertise, proactive communication, and ability to deliver solutions tailored to their needs. You understand how to connect myneva’s software products to customer requirements and deliver value through our innovative solutions. Whether you are acquiring new clients or supporting long-term partners, you play a key role in our mission to make a difference in the social sector.

Your tasks:

  • Growing relationships with existing customers by maintaining regular contact, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Acquiring new customers by identifying leads, understanding their needs, and proposing myneva’s software as the right solution.
  • Leading negotiations, preparing proposals and give demos with the support of pre-sales to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Managing your pipeline and ensuring all customer interactions are properly documented in the CRM system.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer onboarding.

Your profile

You are a trusted advisor to your clients, understand their needs and processes, and proactively offer solutions. You are independent, self-motivated, and able to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements. You know how to build strong relationships, and work towards results that benefit both the customer and the company.

In addition, you have:

  • A commercial or technical degree and relevant work experience in (software) sales, ideally within the social services or public sector.
  • Several years of sales experience, both in acquiring new business and growing existing accounts.
  • A strong understanding of complex sales cycles and ideally experience in managing tender processes.
  • The confidence to build trust with decision-makers and provide long-term support.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French skills are a plus.
  • A willingness to travel regularly across Belgium and Luxembourg.
