Are you passionate about mapping your customer's needs and helping them towards a successful Dynamics? If the answer is yes, Inetum-Realdolmen certainly has multiple challenging projects for you

Your Tasks:

  • Deliver innovative Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions through all stages of the development lifecycle, from analysis to design, development, testing, training, implementation, and service transition.
  • Lead development streams and provide direction and support to other developers.
  • Produce technical design documentation to define the solution development.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the entire Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement suite including Dynamics 365 for Customer Service and Dynamics 365 for Sales.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using low code techniques and where appropriate more pro-code techniques leveraging plugins and Azure services.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to understand their business and technical requirements, and then develop a technical design to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate as a member of the development team with business analysts, solution architects, and other IT professionals to implement Dynamics 365 & Power Platform solutions.
  • Work with the Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven), Power Pages, Power BI, AI Builder, and Power BI.
  • Leverage Azure Service to extend and integrate Dynamics and Power Platform solutions.
  • Work as part of consultancy projects and within high-performing, collaborative teams.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent Dynamics 365 and Power Platform background, with both functional and technical expertise.
  • Expert in deploying Dynamics 365, with experience in configuration and customization methods, including configuration of forms, business process flows, business rules, and workflows, and customization of plugins and custom workflow activities.
  • 6+ years' experience in a customer-facing or professional services role with excellent written and oral communication skills, having the ability to explain technical components to non-technical users.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to independently perform root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead developer, contributing to the technical design of solutions and providing technical direction and support to other developers.
  • Fluency in English with a good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.

Must Have Experience:

  • Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment.

Should Have Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 for Sales.
  • Broader Power Platform including Power BI and AI Builder.
  • Portal skills including HTML, CSS, and liquid templates.
  • Wider Azure stack, such as LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, and WebJobs, Entra ID.
  • Scrum project delivery methodology.
