Job Description:- Project planning and management: Co-responsible for drafting and managing project plans, including defining project goals, tasks, milestones, and timelines. Collaborate with colleagues to monitor progress and assign tasks.
- Business analysis: Identify, analyze, and understand the needs of our organization. Work with colleagues and stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and discover opportunities for improvement. Work on the design and implementation of innovative solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder management: Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow of information. Gather and integrate needs and requirements into the planning and execution of the project. Ensure effective and timely communication to manage expectations well.
- Team coordination and resource planning: Lead the project team, coordinate work, distribute tasks, and provide support to team members as needed.
- Risk management: Identify potential risks and issues that may affect project execution. Develop plans to manage these risks and propose measures to minimize the impact.
- Quality assurance and implementation: Contribute to quality assurance by drafting and executing test plans and quality controls. Coordinate the implementation of new systems and ensure a smooth transition to the operational phase. Provide user support, plan training sessions, and ensure that solutions meet requirements and expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration or economics.
- Experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented and pragmatic thinking.
- Analytical approach and ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues.
- Drive to achieve results and manage stress.
- Take ownership and be proactive.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English.
