🇧🇪 Job Description: Experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team for new, challenging projects across Belgium and internationally. This role offers flexible engagement options (part-time or full-time) and the possibility of remote work within Belgium. About the Role: You will be leveraging your extensive expertise to drive successful implementations, global rollouts, and transformative HR projects for our diverse client base. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, international initiatives and contribute significantly to our clients' HR digitalization journey. Key Qualifications and Experience: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 15 years of experience demonstrating deep functional and technical expertise across the SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SuccessFactors suite. SAP SuccessFactors Module Mastery: Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience in the following modules: Employee Central (EC) Learning Management System (LMS) Performance & Goals (PM/G) Succession & Development (S&D) Recruiting & Onboarding SAP HCM Core Expertise: Solid background and practical experience with SAP On-Premise HCM functionalities. Global Implementation Experience: Proven track record of working on global rollouts in more than 15 countries, demonstrating cultural awareness and an understanding of international compliance and Belgian-specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through system design, configuration, and process optimization. Location & Work Arrangement: This role offers remote work within Belgium. Occasional client travel within Belgium or Europe may be required based on project phases. Flexible working hours (part-time or full-time engagement) are available based on project needs and candidate preference.
