Global Data Protection & Privacy Lead H/FNotre client, groupe international du secteur retail présent en Europe et Asie/Pacifique, recherche, afin de renforcer ses équipes :Un-e Global Data Protection & Privacy Lead H/FLe poste est basé à Anvers (Belgique).Missions :Rattaché-e au Head of Privacy basé en Europe, vous serez en charge de structurer et piloter le programme global de conformité data privacy du Groupe, présent dans 12 juridictions (Europe et Asie-Pacifique).A ce titre, vos missions sont les suivantes :Concevoir une stratégie globale de protection des données, en alignant les pratiques locales (Europe, Japon, Australie/NZ, Asie du Sud-Est) ;Superviser la conformité multi-juridictionnelle (GDPR, APPI, Australian Privacy Act, etc.) ;Piloter les politiques, standards et procédures globales de gouvernance privacy ;Conseiller les équipes internes sur les projets data et IA (privacy by design, PIA, revue contractuelle…) ;Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes cybersécurité, juridiques, marketing et IT ;Structurer le reporting aux Directions et aux Instances de gouvernance du Groupe ;Gérer la réponse aux incidents et aux demandes des régulateurs ;Déployer un programme mondial de sensibilisation et de formation à la protection des données.Cette liste n’est pas exhaustive.Profil :Titulaire d’un LLM, vous justifiez d’au moins 10 ans d’expérience acquise idéalement dans un environnement retail, dont 5 ans minimum dans des fonctions de pilotage d’un programme privacy à l’échelle internationale. Vous avez une expertise reconnue du RGPD, et êtes à l’aise avec le pilotage de réglementations internationales (Asie/Japon/Australie).Une expérience dans un environnement retail, franchise ou consumer-facing est un atout.Vous êtes à l’aise dans les environnements matriciels et multiculturels, avec une capacité à concilier enjeux réglementaires et innovation business.Une certification professionnelle (type CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM ou équivalent) est un plus, mais n’est pas un prérequis.Anglais courant impératif (langue de travail).« Le Groupe APTIC mène une politique engagée en faveur de l'équité, de l'insertion professionnelle et de l'emploi des personnes en situation de handicap.
