If so, we want to hear from you As a Business Analyst at Methis Consulting, you'll work on high-impact projects for top-tier companies in the Utilities industry. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless delivery of cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience as business analyst in IT-implementation projects related to energy utilities (grid companies, energy suppliers). Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications that guide our development teams. Design and document comprehensive solutions, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate closely with development teams to guarantee the successful execution of your designs. Validate implementations through thorough testing, ensuring the solution meets the desired business outcomes. Engage in team collaboration, attending daily meetings to discuss project progress, solve challenges, and refine solutions with key users and stakeholders. What makes you a great fit? Join us and become a key player in driving innovation in the Utilities sector while growing your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment What we are looking for: Master's degree in a business economics, business engineering or technology-oriented field (ICT, business analytics, engineering, computer science) Proven experience in as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst or Tester in an IT-implementation project is a plus. Min 1 year working experience Industry experience is a plus (utilities, energy, infrastructure) but to not a must Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with working with JIRA or Azure Devops Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch.
