IntroductionWij helpen onze klant in hun zoektocht naar een Reliability Engineer. FunctionJe analyseert onderhoudsdata om te achterhalen welke machines niet beantwoorden aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. Je maakt gebruik van volgende analysemethodieken:Root Cause Analyse (RCA);Bad Actor Analyse (BAA);Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM);Reductie van de Total Cost of Ownership (TCO);opsporen van abnormale hoge (verdoken) onderhoudskosten;focus op de grootste, duurst en meest kritische onderdelen;Life Cycle Management (LCM) bij nieuwe projecten;Condition Based Monitoring (CBM). Focus op predictief/proactief i.p.v. reactief onderhoud;Risk Based Inspection (RBI).
O.a. wanddiktemetingen, etc. Je bekijkt op basis van deze analyse het nodige preventief onderhoud, het inspectieprogramma, het smeerprogramma, de wisselstukken en maakt indien nodig verbetervoorstellen op voor technische aanpassingen en/of kostenreductie. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op indien aanpassingen nodig zijn. Je bepaalt de uit te voeren werken en stelt het benodigd budget op.
Je begeleidt audits en andere wettelijke vereisten. Je bent betrokken bij ontwerpfase, validatie van lastenboeken, opstellen van preventief plan, bekijken van de wisselstukken, toekennen van tagnummers en updaten van de boomstructuur in het onderhoudsbeheersysteem bij installatiewijzigingen of projecten. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het up-to-date houden van het onderhoudsbeheersysteem. RequirementsJe beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma Elektromechanica of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
Je hebt al een eerste ervaring opgedaan in een complexe industriële omgeving. Je kan probleemoplossend denken. Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken. Je hebt een goed algemeen technisch inzicht.
Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en je hebt kennis van het Engels en het Frans. Je hebt affiniteit met onderhoud en equipment en helpt mee de lange termijn doelstellingen te verwezenlijken. Je bent iemand die steeds het fijne wil weten van probleemoorzaken en je wilt deze daarna oplossen op een kostenefficiënte manier. Je hebt kennis van Ultimo of SAP of een vergelijkbaar CMMS-systeem.
