Als Service Delivery Manager Grote Ondernemingen voor onze HR Business ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, plannen en organiseren van de dienstverlening voor klanten met meer dan 1.000 werknemers. Jouw doelen zijn helder: streven naar een hoge klantentevredenheid en operationele uitmuntendheid binnen jouw afdeling Wat houdt dit concreet in? Doelstellingen formuleren: Je stelt duidelijke doelen voor jouw afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat de dienstverlening optimaal verloopt volgens de gemaakte afspraken met de klant.Leidinggeven en bijsturen: Je geeft leiding aan jouw afdeling en bewaakt tijd, kwaliteit en rentabiliteit. Waar nodig onderneem je actie om bij te sturen.Problemen oplossen: Je volgt payroll-technische problemen van klanten op en werkt samen met jouw team aan passende oplossingen.Samenwerken: Je werkt nauw samen met interne diensten zoals sales, IT, en post-payroll.Relatiebeheer en upselling: Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met klanten, bouwt langdurige vertrouwensrelaties op en benut kansen voor upselling waar mogelijk.Informatie verspreiden: Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw medewerkers goed geïnformeerd zijn om een optimale service te kunnen garanderen. Jouw team bestaat uit payroll-klantenbeheerders en application consultants (IT-configuraties).Coaching en ontwikkeling: Je coacht en ontwikkelt jouw medewerkers, zodat payroll-technische vaardigheden en knowhow optimaal worden benut. Aarzel dan niet om te solliciterenJe hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma.Enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende (payroll)functie is een pluspunt.Je hanteert een coachende en ondersteunende managementstijl.B2B-ervaring is een troef.Kennis en ervaring binnen payroll is een must, maar je hoeft geen expert te zijn.Met jouw aanstekelijk enthousiasme inspireer je jouw team en stuur je hen resultaatgericht aan.Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte rol en denkt commercieel mee met de klant. Je hebt bovendien inzicht in payroll- en HR-processen.Je beschikt over commerciële flair en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.Je bent ondernemend en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.Je bent perfect Nederlandstalig en drukt je zeer goed uit in het Frans.
