Title: AI Expert / Manager – Location : Brussel, Belgium Duration : 6 Months Work Mode : Hybrid Languages: English, French/Dutch Objectives of the mission: Manage the functional and technical design of AI use cases. Support internal teams in understanding and appropriating Agentforce's capabilities. Ensure the quality, consistency, and business value of the POC. General tasks and skills Analyze and recommend relevant AI features for Customer Care. Design the data architectures and flows needed to implement Agentforce. Oversee technical developments and ensure compliance with Salesforce standards. Lead functional and technical workshops with stakeholders. Evaluate the performance of the POC according to defined KPIs (response time, automation rate, customer satisfaction). Mission-specific technical expertise Deep proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce. Excellent knowledge of Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, and Einstein Copilot capabilities. Experience in AI architecture design, LLM model integration, and data orchestration. Knowledge of AI governance, data ethics, and prompt optimization. Previous experience in digital transformation projects with high business stakes. Skills: Salesforce AI Associate (or equivalent) Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
