IS Engineer Paradigm is de instelling van openbaar nut die verantwoordelijk is voor de digitalisering van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Als IS Engineer werk je als Paradigm-medewerker bij onze partner, de Politiezone Marlow, die als missie heeft de veiligheid van de inwoners en bezoekers van de Brusselse gemeenten Ukkel, Watermaal-Bosvoorde en Oudergem te garanderen. Je zal dus deel uitmaken van het IT-team bij onze partner dat bestaat uit 9 multidisciplinaire personen. Je zal nauw samenwerken en dus vaak ideeën uitwisselen met de technische team leader van de partner. Jouw bijdrage, jouw taken: Als IS Engineer zijn je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden de volgende: · Je werkt mee aan het beheer en de verdere evolutie van een IT-infrastructuur die verspreid is over meerdere locaties, · Je staat in voor de installatie, configuratie, administratie, ondersteuning en monitoring van verschillende IT-componenten, · Je garandeert een goede werking en hoge beschikbaarheid van de IT-infrastructuur, · Je leidt IT-infrastructuurprojecten in goede banen, · Je biedt sporadisch gebruikersondersteuning. Je ervaring en competenties: · Je behaalde een IT-bachelorsdiploma met minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie, · Je hebt een goede ervaring met: - VMware, Vsphere, Horizon, VDI - Microsoft Windows server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, etc.) - Microsoft Windows 10 - LAN/WAN - Firewall (& IT security in het algemeen) · Je hebt enige ervaring met: - Veeam - NAS (Synology) - Linux - MS Power Automate, Powerapps - MS Office 365 - MS Intune suite - Powershell (of andere scripting language) - ITIL · Je bent een team player maar kan ook zelfstandig werken, · Je neemt initiatief en bent proactief, · Je leeft voor de uitdaging en het zoekwerk/troubleshooting. Een oplossing of verbetering vinden, voorstellen en implementeren geeft je voldoening, · Je werkt gestructureerd/planmatig en kan zelfstandig de juiste prioriteiten stellen, · Je hebt een goede kennis van IT architecturen & design, · Je bent eerder een generalist en zeker geen specialist in één technisch domein, · Je werkt resultaatgericht en met precisie, · Je beschikt over goede redactionele en recht door zee communicatieve vaardigheden, · Kennis van het Frans en/of Nederlands is verplicht, kennis van het Engels is gewaardeerd.
