You'll be exposed to everything about product management and beyond. From strategy to execution and vice versa. You'll work closely with our CEO and other partners.We could list all the product transformation consultant's tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that they will vary greatly depending on the missions we land.This job offers the opportunity to rapidly scale your career, but it also requires the necessary efforts to make it a success.Experiences NeededCandidates must satisfy one of the following criteria:A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership position (Head of Product or higher)A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management consulting firm, preferably MBB.Skills Neededextremely high level of agency and willingness to go on a partner trackcustomer-obsessed, and would go above and beyond to meet your client's needsstrong technical knowledge and business acumenhardworker, stress resistant, able to shift priorities in a snapexcellent communicator, able to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentable to absorb a large quantity of content in a very short time frameable to formalise and synthesise complex content in no timeFluent in Dutch, French, and EnglishLocationBelgiumWhat We OfferMore than a simple job, we offer you an adventure.
