With a team of 15 professionals, we support companies across Europe in selecting, implementing, and integrating innovative charging platforms. You will help build The Rechargers:

As a senior professional, you play a crucial role in the continued growth of The Rechargers. You will combine challenging client IT projects with internal work aimed at strengthening our organization. Your contributions may span sales, marketing, recruitment, finance, and our knowledge base. Additionally, you will help develop new services and provide support to our team and clients.

Our clients operate across Europe:

We travel across Europe to execute complex IT projects for the largest charging networks. You won’t find long, drawn-out projects with hundreds of team members here. Instead, we focus on strategic initiatives where a small team of high potentials makes an immediate impact. This means frequent travel to provide strategic advice to clients on-site. However, we ensure a balance between travel obligations and your personal preferences.

What Will You Do?

As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • IT Project Management / IT Program Management: Managing large IT projects or programs with multiple workstreams, balancing scope, budget, milestones, and risks based on strategic priorities.
  • Ownership of Deliverables: Ensuring that IT project management deliverables—such as plans, risk analyses, and progress reports—are complete and consistent, while also monitoring the budget.
  • Client Relationship Management: Playing a key role in The Rechargers’ strategic positioning with clients.
  • Team Coordination and Support: Ensuring that project teams are well-organized and providing support where needed.
  • Building Our Scale-up: Senior employees who are interested will have ample opportunities to develop into managerial roles.

What Do You Bring?

We are looking for a professional with the following qualities:

  • Experience: 8+ years of project management experience with a proven track record in leading large, complex projects or programs.
  • Strategic Insight: The ability to balance short-term project progress with long-term team development.
  • Leadership: Capable of coaching and guiding teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Skilled in communicating at all levels and building long-term relationships with executive stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiar with a range of project management tools and can adapt to those used by our clients.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ready to contribute to the strategic growth of our company.
