Senior Fullstack Developer (Java / Angular) Brussels – Hybrid (3–4 days remote)️ 12-month mission: 02/01/2026 → 31/12/2026Our client is reinforcing his teams as part of a major business transformation programme and is looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer with strong Java expertise and a solid affinity for front-end (Angular).You will join a dynamic department of ~70 people and contribute to handover, refactoring, and greenfield development of new business applications.If you enjoy ownership, technical leadership, and working in complex environments, this role is for you. Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain business applications (Java / Angular).Design and implement application components, APIs, and UI elements.Contribute to component architecture with senior architects and tech leads.Coach junior developers and support team members when needed.Participate in technical workshops, progress meetings, and user meetings.Support testing (JUnit), documentation, deployment, and technical reporting. Your ProfileExperience10+ years of professional Java development (fullstack preferred).Experience in multi-system integration and complex environments.Comfortable coaching peers and junior developers.Technical SkillsYou are hands-on with most of the following:Backend: Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, Spring BatchAPIs: SOAP & RESTArchitecture: SOA, microservices, CQRSTesting: JUnit, Spring Test, Mockito, Cypress, Selenium, CIFrontend: HTML/CSS/JS, AngularDevOps & Tools: Maven, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Git/SVN, IntelliJ/Eclipse, Sonar, JBoss/TomcatDatabases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, OracleModelling: BPMN, UMLAgile tools: Jira, ConfluenceSoft SkillsSolution-oriented with strong analytical thinkingTeam player able to integrate quicklyCapable of coaching and guiding less experienced developersComfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment Practical InformationLocation: Brussels (in front of Gare du Midi)Workload: Full-time (7h48/day), Monday–FridayRemote work: 3–4 days/week possibleLanguages:French or Dutch: active professional useEnglish: good written & spoken communication
