About the Role
This role supports a dynamic company—specifically a production site in Ninove—in its transformation into a data-driven organization. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and relevant analyses and insights to local management, the global leadership team, and shareholders to optimize business operations.

Location:

  1. Production site in Ninove (2-3 days per week)
  2. Headquarters in Brussels (1-2 days per week)

Salary Range: €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month

  1. A varied role with a wide range of tasks and analyses.
  2. Company car with fuel card.
  3. Flat expense allowance of €154 per month.
  4. 13th-month salary & double holiday pay.
The profile sought

Key Responsibilities

Financial & Operational Reporting for the Ninove Production Site

  1. Act as a strategic business partner for the site management team.
  2. Analyze monthly financial data.
  3. Conduct KPI analyses.
  4. Prepare financial presentations for the board of directors.
  5. Maintain regular communication with operational teams to understand business trends.
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational reporting.
  7. Collaborate with the accounting team or directly extract data from production systems.
  8. Prepare and update budgets and forecasts.
  9. Conduct pricing analyses for new menu items and seasonal products based on cost updates.
  10. Perform ad-hoc analyses across departments (Marketing, F&B, Operations, Procurement, etc.) and present findings to stakeholders.

Other Tasks

  1. Support the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools for financial and operational reporting.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance company performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Finance or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or audit, plus an initial experience as an internal controller.
  3. Fluency in Dutch, with a good command of French and English.
  4. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  5. A team player with excellent communication skills.
  6. Interest in Power BI and other BI tools.
