INEOS is één van de grootste werkgevers in de Belgische chemie. We tellen vandaag meer dan 3000 werknemers verspreid over 12 productie- en R&D-sites: Doel, Brussel, Feluy, Geel (2), Jemeppe-sur-Sambre, Lillo (2), Neder-over-Heembeek, Zandvliet (2) en Zwijndrecht.

Onze site in Lillo, Antwerpen, die deel uitmaakt van de business unit Ineos O&P Europe North, is verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en groei van de markten High Density Polyethylene en Polypropylene voor Ineos.

Voor INEOS Manufacturing Belgium in Lillo zijn we op zoek naar een:Shift Process Operator PE.

  1. Verzekeren van de kwaliteit van het eindproduct van de eigen zone door middel van controle en beheersing van de procescondities; hiertoe worden tussentijdse controlerondgangen uitgevoerd en D(istributed) C(ontrol) S(ystems) beheerd.
  2. Uitvoeren van spontane controles, naast geplande controles, waarvan de resultaten worden genoteerd.
  3. Starten en stoppen van volledige of gedeeltelijke installaties.
  4. Spoelen, voorbereiden en vrijgeven van equipment/installaties aan de Technische dienst, volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures en opvolging van de werken.
  5. Transfereren van producten.
  6. Nemen van preventieve en corrigerende acties.
  7. Nemen en wegbrengen van stalen, analyses interpreteren.
  8. Trainingen volgen inclusief zelf training.
  9. Documenteren van overgangen, blends en productieruns (polymers).
  10. Administratie (inventarissen, notificaties, dagstaten, processtoringen, blend papieren, SHE meldingen, LTT’s).
  11. Housekeeping: het zuiver en veilig houden van de toegewezen sector.
  12. Zelfstandig uitvoeren van taken, die tot de toegewezen zone behoren.
  13. Voorstellen doen voor verbetering.
  14. Zorg dragen voor een veilige werkomgeving door het juiste gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen, het tijdig signaleren van risico’s, en actieve deelname aan veiligheidsprogramma’s en -procedures.

Je beschikt minimaal A2 of Graduaat in een technische richting (bijv. procestechnieken, elektromechanica, elektronica, of chemie) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Ervaring als operator in (petro)chemische productie is een pluspunt; training on the job wordt voorzien.

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van Engels.

Je bent resultaatgericht, toont initiatief, werkt nauwkeurig en betrouwbaar, en hebt een sterke teamgeest en leergierigheid.
