Development Project Quality Assurance Lead (M/F/X)

Mission:
In a multinational environment and attached to the "Customer Satisfaction and Project Quality Assurance Manager", your mission is to guarantee an adequate industrialisation of products using APQP process for all portfolio of development projects. You have a team of 2-3 engineers and work closely with the VP program manager. You manage yourself some development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 2 to 3 engineers depending on the number of projects.
- Ensure that your team meets the project management expectations in terms of quality deliverables.
- Analyse, challenge & implement customer contractual & technical requirements.
- Be responsible for Quality Assurance Plan and associated document as Qualification Plan.
- Be an ambassador in the APQP approach and make sure that methodology is respected.
- Manage the progress of PPAP deliverables to ensure a product meets customer requirements.
- Support process owners in monitoring indicators, improvement actions and achieving objectives.
- Monitor and communicate quality performance through audits.
- In collaboration with Project Manager, ensure hand over from Development to Serial Process.
- Organize and participate in external audits, certifications and customer visits.
- Analyse and support request for quotation (non-recurrent cost) for new business.
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree or equivalent in electro-mechanics/aeronautics.
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
- You have already managed quality in industrial projects.
- You want to grow in a team leader role. Having a first experience in team leading is a plus.
- You master multimedia tools to document your reports and presentations (Office, …).
- You master the quality tools as 8D, Ishikawa, FMEA, control/monitoring plan, First Article Inspection…
- You can work within Multi-Functional Team.
- You have coordination and synthesis skills.
- You are hands-on and have a sense of initiative.
- You are familiar with the EN9100 and the EASA PART 21G standard.
- Your 'commercial' sensitivity allows you to naturally carry out any type of customer exchange.
- You are ready to carry out missions at Customer /supplier sites.
