Key Responsibilities Work with customers to understand their unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs Design and co-develop cloud-native applications using Azure services and cloud-native architectures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions Coach and mentor colleagues on cloud-native development best practices and technologies Work with C-level and stakeholder to get things done Collaborate with client's stakeholders to understand their requirements and limitations Create a Statement of Work based on customer meetings Develop and refine the company's service offerings Lead customer workshops and POCs to validate and explore cloud capabilities Develop technical architecture for customer engagements Ensure technical implementation meets customer requirements during engagements Provide guidance to consultants to ensure that project outputs comply with the overall architecture Confidently, clearly, and concisely communicate architectural decisions and reasoning to clients and management, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Interact with clients throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle Qualifications Excellent communication and collaboration skills Superb problem-solving and analytical skills Willingness to learn new things every day and share what you learned Five or more years of experience in secure software development, with a focus on cloud-native applications and Microsoft Azure Strong experience with .NET and related technologies Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Bicep Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Experience with microservices architecture and API development Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles and DevOps practices So, what are you waiting for?
