We are looking to find someone who could blend video producing and social media skills. The position requires a good level of responsibility and political judgement. The job might also involve occasional travelling.

Vacancy: Video Producer / Social Media Manager
We are looking for a creative and strategic Video Producer / Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing engaging multimedia content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality video content tailored for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Produce short-form and long-form video content, including storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and post-production.
- Manage streaming events on social media platforms
- Analyse social media and video performance metrics, adjusting strategies for optimal results.
- Manage social media channels, ensuring regular updates, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Design and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, to align content with corporate guidelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video production and social media management
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or other video editing software.
- Proven experience in graphic design tools for social media, including CANVA or other graphics tools
- Ability to shoot high-quality videos using professional or mobile equipment.
- Creative storytelling and political content expertise.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences and for different media
- Proven experience in impactful social media communication
- Political acumen: A strong sense of political awareness and understanding of EU political trends
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, and collaborate with different teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly to cover events, interviews, and field reporting
- Understanding of social media analytics tools and experience with SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.
