The hirings are done in the context of an accelerated roadmap, and there are always a lot of projects running in parallel. The goal would be that the analysts are fully part of the team, that means they will probably be involved in multiple projects as well as (over time) in the run activities. The projects can range from insurance product integration with direct to customer sales flows to automated claims handling and AI projects.ResponsibilitiesPerform complex business, functional or process analysis of features fulfilling the (non) functional requirements.Build transversal domain knowledge in banking/insurance operations, products, and services.
