We are looking for a Payroll Admin with 3/5 years of experience, project based (3-6 months contract). We are two companies under the same roof - Essensium (product company) and Mind (embedded Linux consultancy). We are solid and healthy companies with brilliant people, flat no-nonsense culture, with an international and scale-up type of environment (57 employees in total) where you can learn a lot.You will be working closely together with the Finance Director and CEO helping with payroll and administrative processes for both companies. This role offers a broad and interesting mix of functions and will allow you to grow in responsibilities very fast.Location: you live close to Leuven, at commutable distance to our office in HeverleeContract type: freelance or temporary contractDuration: 3-6 monthsOffice/remote: we expect you to work from the office 3 days per week, 2 days from homeCan be part time (3-4 days per week).Languages: English and Dutch is a must, French is nice to have. Though English is the main communication language for both companies, payroll related documentation is both in Dutch and English. Therefore English and Dutch is a hard must at a good written level. French is nice to have and enough on a conversational level - to communicate with some customers.Background: We are looking for someone with strong experience in Belgian payroll: 3-5 years of experience.
