Ideal Profile:A medior to senior Business Analyst, with one or more experiences in microservices and/or API development teams, working in Agile/Scrum, with a strong interest in business challenges.Within the framework of several projects in the Signalling Design Platform unit related to Project, Client is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in microservices (API).ResponsibilitiesAs Business Analyst for the ETCS tools, you will work within an Agile/Scrum project team and have the following responsibilities:You are responsible for the study and analysis of the tool assigned to you and you draft User Stories based on collaboration with key users.You examine the necessary adaptations to business processes following the introduction (or new versions) of the tool, and you monitor the effective implementation of these adaptations by the project teams, in collaboration with the Product Owner/Project Leader and the ICT coordinator.You maintain and update specific functional and business data: the tool's information model, User Stories, process flows... within the framework of the tool's development, which consists of several microservices/API.You actively collaborate with the Enterprise Architect (if applicable), other functional or business analysts, the Product Owner/Project Leader, and the ICT coordinator so that the tool's evolutions are aligned with the ETCS tools roadmap and the future tools landscape.If necessary, you proactively propose updates to this roadmap and/or landscape based on new perspectives or business needs.You work with analysts from other projects to strengthen the integration of the different tools/microservices (API) (tool chain), both functionally and in terms of business processes.Key CompetenciesAbility to work in a team, communicate effectively, proactively propose improvement solutions, take initiative, and share knowledge with other colleagues.Strong user orientation and close collaboration with business teams to achieve business objectives.The collaborator will (at least initially, and possibly for the entire mission) be seconded to the business side.Quality & Safety ContextThe projects are subject to several standards:Quality: ISO 9001Signalling: EN 50.128Security: ISO 27001 – NISMust demonstrate rigor and devote the necessary time to documentation in order to ensure monitoring and compliance with these standards.Tech Skills:Knowledge of French (B2: upper-intermediate level)Knowledge of Dutch (C1: advanced mastery)Knowledge of English (C1: advanced mastery)Experience as a Business Analyst (L2: at least 2 years of experience)Experience in Functional Analysis (L2: at least 2 years of experience)Good knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro (L2: at least 2 years of experience)Experience with Balsamiq (L1: at least one experience)Experience with the Enterprise Architect tool (L1: at least one experience)Experience with Figma (L2: at least 2 years of experience)Knowledge of standards EN50.128 and ISO9001 (level: n/a)Knowledge of BPMN, UML (L2: at least 2 years of experience)Knowledge of APIs, data flows, Swagger (L1: at least one experience)Experience as an analyst or business analyst in a Java, Angular, and microservices development team (L1: at least one experience)Basic certification in Business Analysis (or equivalent) (level: n/a)
