Job description Our client is a multicultural and multilingual support platform. Every day, their team ensures that the customers’ broken-down vehicle or lorry gets back on the road as quickly as possible.You will work in a small team in which you will be supported by a team lead and helpful colleagues. You will meet lots of new people with unique stories and backgrounds. And last but not least: you will grow and learn new things every day.THE JOBYour main tasks will be:* Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s inquiries and intervening parties.* Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.* Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.* Updating the customer and all other parties involved.* Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.* Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.* Working from Monday until Friday in the night shift (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods).Profiel For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCELanguage: Dutch (proficient) & English (proficient). Every additional language is a plus. Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plusNo specific experience requiredSKILLSCommunicate effectively over the phoneProblem analysis and problem solvingCustomer- and results-orientedAccurate and high work standardMultitasker and stress resistantOTHERYou have to work at the office in Hasselt.
