Requirements What will you be bringing to the team? Master's degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT; Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems; Proven experience managing end-to-end large IT projects or programs, in particular in the context of multi stakeholder's environment; Experience in Agile as well as agile toolbox (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Big Picture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.). Excellent Knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle; Good Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework; Ability to give business and technical presentations; Practical knowledge of (Open-Source) data sharing tools (EDC, Gaia-X, others), models and standards (W3C DID, W3C DCAT, W3C ODRL, ...); Good knowledge of cloud architecture best practices and patterns; Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud; Good knowledge of applications design and modelling tools; Good knowledge of Enterprise Architecture; Good knowledge of Relational DBMS ; Good knowledge of business process analysis; Good knowledge of interoperability technologies at cloud infrastructure level but also at service level (web services, message-oriented middleware, service-oriented bus, event architecture); Knowledge of security mechanisms for cloud architectures (e.g., IdP); Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in Cloud environments; Understanding of AI, Machine Learning or High-Performance services will be considered an asset; Experience working in a public sector environment, in particular EU Institutions; Following certifications would be considered an asset: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Or Project Management certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI, Prince2 Foundation, PM2; Excellent command of the English language.
