Job Description
As an Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will join engineering teams working on capital projects for pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
You will contribute to the design and delivery of electrical solutions supporting production lines, utilities, and critical infrastructure, in full compliance with GMP requirements and international and national standards.
This role combines strong technical engineering with a genuine client-facing dimension: you will build trusted relationships with stakeholders, support project teams on-site, and help ensure that every deliverable meets the rigorous quality expectations of the pharmaceutical sector.
We're looking for someone who enjoys technical depth as much as teamwork, and who wants to grow within a structured, quality-driven engineering environment.
The Role & Responsibilities
Working closely with project managers, quality teams and client stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with client teams on-site
- Ensuring electrical design packages comply with client, international and national codes and standards, including GMP requirements
- Supporting and collaborating with fellow engineers within multidisciplinary project teams
- Applying internal quality procedures, tools and guidelines consistently across projects
- Contributing to the close-out of corrective actions identified during quality audits
- Actively participating in project lessons-learnt and continuous improvement initiatives
- Helping develop and refine engineering templates, standards and knowledge-sharing practices
- Supporting the rollout of tools and methods that improve project efficiency
- Representing Nalys' values and professional standards in all client interactions.
Skills & Qualifications
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- You have minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineer, ideally within the pharmaceutical or broader industrial/construction sector
- You are able and willing to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- You are motivated, self-driven professional with strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- You work with flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving project and client needs
- Strong planning, prioritization and organizational capabilities
- Good IT skills and proficiency with relevant engineering software
- You work comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- With a strong personal commitment to safe working practices, in the office and on-site.
What We Offer
- A human‑scaled consulting company focused on expertise, partnership, and career development
- Long‑term assignments with leading pharmaceutical players
- Continuous learning through technical coaching, training, and knowledge sharing
- A supportive culture that values autonomy, trust, and impact
- An attractive salary package with additional benefits.
