About the roleWe're looking for a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert to join a leading digital workplace team and take ownership of smart device and Windows workstation solutions at Level 3. As a Smart Devices / Workstation Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of smart devices and Windows workstations, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions.Key responsibilitiesAdminister and support smart devices (smartphones, tablets) and Windows workstations at L3 levelDesign, integrate, operate, and enhance Microsoft IntuneManage device lifecycle: enrollment, configuration, compliance, patching, and decommissioningImplement and enforce security and compliance policies for endpointsHandle complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and support problem managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams on solution designMaintain documentation, standards, and best practicesYour profile5+ years experience in Digital Workplace or Endpoint ManagementHands-on expertise with Microsoft IntuneStrong knowledge of Windows workstation managementExperience managing iOS / iPadOS devices in an enterprise environmentComfortable working at L3 support levelStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsFluent in EnglishWhy this role is excitingWork on modern enterprise-scale digital workplace solutionsHigh level of autonomy and technical ownershipCollaborative and expert-driven environmentOpportunity to shape and evolve endpoint management strategies
