As Business Controller, you will act as a trusted business partner within our Biscuits & Bakery business unit, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive profitability, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across our international operations.

Analyze business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations teams to deliver clear commercial and operational analyses that support strategic decision-making.
Drive the monthly management reporting, ensuring the accuracy of financial results, KPIs, and performance insights across the business unit.
Play a key role in the annual budgeting and transfer pricing processes by challenging assumptions, validating business cases, and monitoring financial impact of investments.
Evaluate and support strategic initiatives such as CAPEX investments, new product launches, and cost-saving projects through thorough financial analysis.
You report directly to the Finance Director Biscuits & Bakery.

Profile

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Finance, Business Controlling, or a similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills, experience with SAP is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence decision-making, and challenge stakeholders constructively.
Fluency in English, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for a wide range of business stakeholders.
