Project Manager HVAC (m/f/x) agap2 is a European engineering consultancy active across various industrial sectors such as large infrastructure works, process industries (life science, food & beverage, chemistry), energy, and transport. Present in 13 European countries and established in Belgium since 2013, we collaborate with partners across the country — ensuring we can offer a project close to your home. As an HVAC Project Manager , you will oversee the end-to-end management of projects related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in tertiary and/or industrial buildings . You ensure the successful execution of each phase — from preliminary studies to final delivery — while respecting deadlines , quality standards , and budget constraints . Main Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of HVAC projects (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) in industrial or tertiary environments. Develop the project planning and ensure its proper execution. Handle financial aspects: cost estimation, budgeting, reporting, and profitability monitoring. Coordinate technical studies with internal teams and external engineering offices. Prepare and manage tenders, select subcontractors and suppliers. Lead site meetings and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong and proactive client relationships throughout the project. Guarantee that all installations meet applicable standards and regulations. Your profile: Engineering degree in electromechanics, energy, HVAC , or a related technical field. Solid knowledge of HVAC systems Already have a first relevant experience Be adaptable, autonomous, and proactive to meet the diverse challenges of our missions. Ensure clear communication and effective collaboration with all stakeholders. Depending on project needs, one of the following profiles is required: French + English (full professional proficiency) Dutch + English (full professional proficiency) Why joining us?
