Afin de compléter nos équipes dans le domaine de l'Hydrogène, nous recrutons :
Un PMO (Project Management Officer) - H/F basé en Belgique
Localisation : Belgique (Liège)
Déplacements : Occasionnel (Chine, Indes, etc)
Télétravail : 2j par semaine après validation PE
Vos missions :
- Définir et mettre en œuvre les politiques, les principes fondamentaux, les standards ou les outils de gestion de projet.
- Développer, maintenir (pour les outils, en collaboration avec le Département IT), communiquer, monitorer et améliorer tous les outils de gestion de projet.
- Rechercher les pistes d'amélioration en termes d'efficacité opérationnelle et initier le développement de la solution adéquate en tant que nouveau processus ou outil à mettre en œuvre.
- Auditer, vérifier la conformité, identifier tout risque ou fournir des recommandations sur les outils de gestion de projet.
- Proposer et construire des tableaux de bord avec des indicateurs clés de performance pour soutenir les responsables locaux.
- Proposer et construire un reporting consolidé au niveau du portefeuille.
- Structurer et gérer l'amélioration continue des interfaces entre les équipes PM et les autres fonctions (Ventes, Achats, Ingénierie, etc.).
- Sur demande spécifique de la Direction du Secteur, analyser et examiner les données du projet pour les améliorer.
- Fournir un support aux responsables de département locaux et/ou aux équipes de projet sur un problème spécifique (risques, daims, organisation de l'équipe, etc.).
- Former les équipes et aider les responsables de département locaux à mettre en œuvre les politiques, les principes fondamentaux, les standards ou les outils du groupe et du Secteur, en collaboration avec le département des Ressources Humaines.
- Communiquer, soutenir et coordonner les programmes de formation.
- Maintenir/développer ses compétences en gestion de projet conformément à la norme internationale PMI (Project Management Institute).
Profil recherché :
Titulaire d'un MASTER HEC ou Administration des affaires orienté vers la gestion de projet disposant d'une expérience de 10 ans MINIMUM sur un poste similaire.
Expériences demandées :
Maîtrise de l'anglais et français obligatoire (lu, écrit, parlé)
Expérience dans un environnement international et complexe
Connaissance de l'ERP avec SAP (modules MM, PS,...)
Expérience dans l'utilisation de solutions de gestion de documents et de données (ie. Sharepoint & Office365,...) et d'un outil de planification.

Organisé, persuasif, rigoureux, précis, accessible, soucieux de l'amélioration continue, motivé par la réalisation des objectifs et doté d'un sens de l'initiative, du défi et de l'anticipation.
- Habileté à comprendre les activités de l'environnement et à ajuster l'approche en fonction de l'équipe, des différents types et dimensions de projets et de la culture.
