TEM Process Engineer

As a TEM Process Engineer, you'll help us develop and fine-tune innovative processes for tomorrow's chips. We go smaller than you've ever seen
What you will do
- You are a technical expert in TEM inspections and up-to-date on the current limitations and possibilities of the tools with a focus on semiconductor materials.
- You follow up the different service queues in collaboration with specialists, assistants, and operations managers.
- You are co-owner in achieving the different targets set within the department.
- You are responsible for high quality and efficient first-time request intake.
- You are the point of contact for the evaluation of the documented request (from the customer).
- You execute SEMTEM requests.
- You detect potential efficiency and quality issues and take the appropriate action.
- You coach and train operators within the SEMTEM team.
You will work in a dynamic multidisciplinary and multicultural environment in close cooperation with researchers, hardware and process engineers, industry assignees, tool suppliers, device- and process experts.

Who you are
- You obtained a Master's degree/PhD degree and have some experience in the field of microscopy and/or process engineering.
- A background in Materials Science is a plus.
- Experience in microchip technology is a plus.
- You can plan and organize your work on your own.
- You can work in a fast-paced setting, multi-task, and prioritize assignments.
- You have good communication and organizational skills.
- You are assertive and a good team player.
- You will work in an alternating shift regime (1 week Early / 1 week night / 1 week late) and 1 out of 4 weekends.
- You are a communicative team player with a fluent knowledge of English.
