Dan is deze rol als Operations & Back Office Officer precies wat jij zoekt Jouw rol: Als Operations & Back Office Officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter de interne processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt en ondersteunt meerdere afdelingen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten: • Administratieve opvolging van documenten en aanvragen. • Ondersteuning van financiële en operationele processen om efficiëntie te garanderen. • Beheer van interne tools en documentatie (SharePoint, Teams, enz.). • Coördinatie van praktische zaken zoals kantoorbeheer, toegangsbeheer, vergaderzalen en seminaries. • Verzorging van interne communicatie via digitale platformen. • Flexibele ondersteuning aan diverse teams waar nodig. Wie ben je?• Je haalt energie uit een rol waarin je structuur brengt in complexe processen en jouw detailgerichtheid het verschil maakt. • Je werkt graag georganiseerd en houdt overzicht in complexe processen. • Je schakelt makkelijk tussen prioriteiten en behoudt kalmte wanneer het druk wordt. • Je communiceert vlot met collega's en externe partners in 3 talen. Nederlands, Engels en Frans. Zowel mondeling als geschreven • Je denkt graag mee over hoe processen nog efficiënter kunnen. • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: je ziet werk en je pakt het op. Wij bieden aan: • Een gevarieerde administratieve rol met impact op verschillende afdelingen. • Een dynamische werkomgeving waar je veel kan bijleren en initiatief kan nemen, met ondersteuning van fijne collega's. • Je krijgt een contract van doorlopende duur bij Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing. • Je werkt met glijdende werkuren tussen 07u00 en 09u00 (8h per dag)• Je ontvangt een competitief loon met verschillende extralegale voordelen: o Maaltijdcheques per gewerkte dag; o Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering; o Onkostenvergoeding voor thuiswerk; o Vergoeding woon-werkverkeer; o 39u/week o 20 verlofdagen, met 12 ADV dagen. 32 verlofdagen in totaal. • Je krijgt permanente ondersteuning en coaching door je persoonlijke consultant bij Manpower Talent Based Outsourcing. • Je hebt de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen om te blijven groeien.
