About the Role

NISH Tech BV is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major European financial services organization within the Risk & Credit domain.
In this role, you will gather and analyse business requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with business and IT stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, Functional Analysts and Developers to support impact analysis, feature refinement, testing and delivery within an Agile environment. The role also requires technical affinity with Java-based applications, APIs and functional integration flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Perform impact and scenario analyses.
- Analyse API-related business needs.
- Understand functional integration flows.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Define and validate acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile refinement and feature slicing.
- Identify impacts, dependencies and potential risks.
- Work closely with Product Owners and Architects.
- Support functional testing.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support Business Acceptance Testing and release validation.
- Contribute to the resolution of functional incidents.
Required Skills
Mandatory
- 3–5 years of relevant Business Analyst experience.
- Experience in the banking industry.
- Experience in Risk & Credit.
- E2E knowledge of credit products.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodology.
- Requirements gathering and analysis.
- Functional requirements analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and structuring skills.
- Technical affinity with Java-based applications and APIs.
- Ability to understand functional integration flows.
Experience
3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Languages
- English – Fluent
- French OR Dutch – required
