Our customers use our products to accurately position components in precise applications such as microscopy, medical devices, laser systems, and chip manufacturing machines. We mainly serve international innovative manufacturing customers, meaning we strongly rely on our digital presence and SEO/SEM efforts to attract new customers. Creating engaging content plays a critical role in this. That's why we are looking for a hands-on Content Marketeer to lead the content creation process and planning. Someone who knows how to explain complex technology in an easy-to-understand way, using different media formats. What you'll do: The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the following tasks: Build and manage the editorial content calendar. Manage Xeryon's social media channels to stimulate brand engagement. Attract new prospects via compelling "pull" content and a results-driven narrative. Ensure a consistent tone of voice across all our messaging and communication channels. Create engaging web content focused on our SEO keywords. Initiate and maintain the Xeryon blog. Collaborate closely with the creative designer, SEO and SEM team members. Track and analyze content KPIs. Ensure content alignment throughout the customer buying and lifecycle journey. Help with ad word copy creation focused on driving conversions. Help with keyword analytics. Identify key industry influencers and engage with them. Identify new and engage through relevant channels (reddit, LinkedIn groups,...) Conduct customer interviews to help drive case studies What you bring: In order to be successful in your role, you'll bring the following skills to the team: Min. two years of experience in a similar role. Perfect English copywriting and communication skills; you get bonus points for German, Italian, or French. Strong (technical) storytelling skills. Able to explain complex concepts in a clear way. Familiar with working in Web Content Management Systems. Familiar with rich media and content creation. You have a results-driven narrative. Previous experience in the high-tech manufacturing or engineering space is highly preferred. Previous experience with social media marketing. Previous PR, email marketing, and campaign management experience is a plus. Who you are: You're a communicative B2B content professional. You're curious and creative by nature and feel comfortable exploring new content formats and communication channels, and evaluating their performance based on clearly defined KPIs. You enjoy working in an international and dynamic scale-up environment. You work in a structured way to ensure timely content calendar execution as well as alignment between the content planning and the quarterly marketing plan.
