Je komt terecht in een dynamisch team waarin iedereen een sleutelrol speelt. Jouw missie als Marketing Specialist is om de merkbekendheid te versterken door een multichannel marketingplan te ontwikkelen (sociale media, website, video's, nieuwsbrieven, enz.).

Verantwoordelijk voor de interne en externe communicatie ben je altijd op zoek naar nieuwe kansen en draag je innovatieve ideeën en projecten aan om de afdeling te ontwikkelen en het merk te laten groeien.

Jouw taken

  • Rapporteren over acties (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Manager, Meta, enz.) en strategieën bijsturen om de prestaties te optimaliseren.
  • De merkbekendheid versterken: ontwikkelen en implementeren van een multichannel-marketingplan (sociale media, brochures, flyers, Google Ads, PowerPoint, website, video's, radiospots, nieuwsbrieven, enz.).
  • Copywriting en vertaling: Schrijven, redigeren en vertalen van marketingmateriaal (brochures, flyers, advertenties, nieuwsbrieven, websitecontent, sociale media, enz.) om een consistente en overtuigende merkboodschap te garanderen in meerdere talen.
  • Coördineren van marketingprojecten en activiteiten van het departement alsook van de geleverde diensten en producten (kwaliteit, middelen, planning, budget, enz.).
  • Nieuwe kansen identificeren en verbeteringen en innoverende projecten voorstellen om de afdeling te ontwikkelen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte en effectieve communicatie, zowel intern als extern, over de marketingacties.

Je hebt

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in marketing of communicatie.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in marketing of communicatie.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en positief, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Frans en Nederlands.
  • Je bent een uitstekende teamspeler, maar ook gestructureerd, autonoom en proactief.
  • Je hebt een creatieve geest en uitstekende schrijfvaardigheden.
  • Je hebt kennis van Google Analytics en CMS's (WordPress).
