Our product portfolio includes a range of innovative dual clutch hybrid and conventional transmissions, designed to be affordable and deliver superior driving performance, fuel efficiency, and reduced CO2 emissions. We are currently seeking a motivated System Integrator. By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology. About the Job As System Integrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and software subsystems within our cutting-edge transmissions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage interfaces, align system requirements, and validate functionality from concept through production. You will report to the system engineering leader and project responsible in a matrix organization. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the integration of subsystems (mechanical, electronic, and software) into complete transmission solutions for different development and production phases. Ensure compatibility of subsystems in system configurations and product lifecycle. Define and manage system-level requirements and interface specifications. Define high level technical overview of each transmission configuration and subsystem maturity. Lead integration planning, timelines, and risk assessments and ensure alignment with testing departments for integration planning. Support prototype builds, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Collaborate with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to resolve integration challenges. Document and communicate integration status, issues, and resolutions. Release (internal and external) technical product documentation linked to a transmission configuration (system parameters, customer documentation, CTF list, …) Qualifications Master degree in Engineering or equivalent by experience Minimum 3 years experience in System integration within automotive industry Strong understanding of mechanical, electronics and software Knowledge of system engineering tools (requirement management tool) Good level of English Team player, pro-active and result-driven Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach Customer oriented mindset We Offer You will join a respected company with an outspoken international orientation in the challenging world of automotive industry.
