Werk jij binnenkort mee aan de verschillende digitale kanalen van KBC en de onderliggende toepassingen? De afdeling Customer Communication verwelkomt graag een business analist, die conceptuele ideeën omzet naar concrete oplossingen voor Mobile, Touch en ons Business Dashboard.
Je versterkt het Digital Invoices team, waar we het hele jaar door werken aan nieuwe features. We optimaliseren ook onze architectuur en zorgen ervoor dat toepassingen zoals Billit, Electronic Invoices, Managing Incoming Invoices, My Business, Zoomit en Webforms futureproof blijven.

- in contact komt met een breed scala aan technologieën, frameworks en producten voor verschillende klantsegmenten;
- via agile werkmethodes nauw samenwerkt met ontwikkelaars, analisten, testers, epic owners, application managers, scrum masters en product owners;
- teams samenbrengt en de architectuur van onze oplossingen definieert.
- Je capteert de noden van business stakeholders en vertaalt die naar een concreet actieplan, dat je vervolgens verder afstemt met verschillende relevante stakeholders.
- Je stelt je plannen en ideeën op een vlotte, gestructureerde en overtuigende manier voor aan je interne klant, je teamgenoten en het management.
- Tijdens de idee- en haalbaarheidsfase hou je rekening met alle oplossingsalternatieven.
- Je doet onderzoek naar de haalbaarheid van scope, budget, time-to-market en uitvoerbaarheid.
- Dankzij je expertise en overtuigingskracht zorg je ervoor dat de gekozen oplossingen gedragen worden binnen de organisatie. Je krijgt technische experts, systeemarchitecten en collega-business analisten mee in het verhaal.
- Je hebt een masterdiploma en voldoende IT-kennis om nieuwe features uit te tekenen voor frontend, midtier en backend.
- Je hebt ervaring en/of affiniteit met Java en Cobol.
- Analyseren is een van je absolute sterktes.
- Net zoals je collega's hou je ervan om continu bij te leren en samen met anderen naar een kwalitatief resultaat toe te werken.
- Je hebt een vlotte, gestructureerde en overtuigende communicatiestijl, zowel in het Nederlands als Engels.
