As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with experts, trainers, and other stakeholders within the company to create effective, efficient, and engaging learning experiences. This involves taking the lead in the creation process as well as participating in the development of training materials (e.g., supporting the recording of training videos, advising on formats, creating e-learnings in an authoring tool).
You are responsible for:
- Conducting a needs analysis to identify learning objectives and target audience characteristics for specific training requests.
- Gathering information and insights from experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to support the development of training.
- Creating effective, engaging, and efficient learning experiences using instructional design principles, learning theories, and OMP guidelines.
- Providing advice and support for the creation of assessments.
- Leading multiple training creation or conversion tracks with a focus on e-learning from start to finish.

As our new Instructional Designer, you’ll be part of the Training Services team, which fits into the bigger picture of the Learning Services team.
