Head of Corporate Affairs EU – Tetra Pak Join Tetra Pak as Head of Corporate Affairs EU, based in Brussels, Belgium. In this role you will lead public policy and government relations efforts at the EU level for our packaging business, developing and executing advocacy strategies aligned with corporate objectives. What you will do Plan, direct, and monitor regulatory developments; assess impacts; elevate issues and propose advocacy measures. Build, coordinate and sustain relationships with policy stakeholders, including stakeholder mapping and engagement plans. Develop, coordinate and implement advocacy campaigns aimed at EU institutions, NGOs and key stakeholders. Produce high‑quality policy communications (policy papers, speeches, briefings), organise and manage policy events. Represent Tetra Pak as a recognized thought leader, delivering clear advocacy narratives. Represent Tetra Pak in industry associations and stakeholder platforms. Lead cross‑functional collaboration internally and externally. Integrate advocacy communications in close collaboration with communications functions. Work closely with colleagues in EU Member States. We believe you have Education: MBA/MSc/MA or equivalent in communications, economics, or law. Minimum 7 years of experience in Advocacy and Public Affairs. Profound understanding of EU public policy objectives, regulations and political decision‑making processes. Experience in the food and beverage industry; packaging knowledge is an advantage. Ability to drive EU‑regulation agenda: build consensus, mitigate regulatory risks, advocate diplomatically, and coordinate policy actions. Strong networking, stakeholder management, issue‑management and client‑centred communication skills. Team player with composure and articulate communication.
