We are seeking a GenAI Engineer to enhance our Artificial Intelligence team at Datashift.ResponsibilitiesDevelop AI solutions to address specific business challenges with a focus on GenAI applications in collaboration with domain experts.Maintain a scalable and efficient codebase for training, testing, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.Deploy production-ready ML pipelines in the cloud.Stay up-to-date with new techniques and algorithms to improve model performance and accuracy.Work closely with software engineers and DevSecOps to integrate your models into existing customer environments.Capture feedback from stakeholders and iterate your solution to continuously improve value.Coach junior team members and provide technical guidance and support.Acknowledge technical lead responsibilities on a per-project basis.QualificationsDemonstrated track record of delivering multiple Machine Learning projects in production.Expertise in implementing, deploying, and optimizing cloud-based AI solutions at scale.Experience in GenAI and its applications.Proficiency in Python and software development practices.Familiarity with MLOps principles.Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Fluency in English; Dutch is an asset.OfferAn entrepreneurial team environment.A high-quality working environment with a focus on quality.Competitive terms of employment (company car, fuel card, meal vouchers bonus).Continuous training that builds and extends professional, technical, and management skills.The opportunity to grow together with Datashift.
