YOUR ROLE SAP PM Configuration: Configure and customize PM to align with maintenance processes and business requirements Preventive Maintenance Planning: Develop and manage strategies, including work order scheduling, to reduce equipment downtime and extend asset lifecycles Data Management: Maintain accurate master data, equipment records, and maintenance task lists within SAP PM to support informed decision-making and efficient maintenance operations Business knowledge of maintenance and service processes, and strategic asset management End-user Training and Support: Ensure they can effectively use SAP PM for their daily maintenance activities Team Management: mentor junior PM consultants of various levels of expertise; providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and contribute to project success YOUR PROFILE A bachelor's or master's degree combined with 5+ years of SAP project experience Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance configuration, implementation and optimization Analytical problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose innovative solutions Knowledge of QM, EH&S, MRS, Work Force Management, Logistics, S/4HANA Service or CRM is an added value A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude Result-driven & focused on delivering quality Fluency in French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English #GetTheFutureYouWant At Capgemini, we believe in diversity, equal opportunities, and a workplace where everyone feels valued.
