Overview Onsite Service Lead – Beerse, Belgium. Avantor is seeking a dynamic and experienced Onsite Service Lead to join our team in Beerse. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of operational delivery and customer engagement for one of our strategic accounts in Belgium. Role title: Onsite Service Lead – Beerse, Belgium. Responsibilities Lead and develop Avantor Services teams, fostering high performance and career growth. Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, and legal standards. Oversee service delivery across all sites, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements. Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and sustainability initiatives. Manage financial performance, including P&L, quotations, contracts, and invoicing. Lead and support strategic projects and organic growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service value. Working Conditions This is a full-time, permanent position based primarily at customer sites in Beerse and across Flanders. You will work Monday to Friday during core business hours. Some travel will be required to Avantor offices and customer locations within Belgium. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. Proven experience in the Chemical or Life Sciences industry. Strong leadership and project management skills. Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus. Willingness to travel (occasionally).
