We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Remarketing Sales Manager with technical expertise to join our team at TCR headquarters in Brussels. This role is pivotal in managing customer portfolios, optimizing relationships, and realizing sales of TCR second-hand assets. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building strong international relationships.

A snapshot of what you will be doing hereCustomer Relationship Management
  1. Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers in your region through a relationship-based approach.
  2. Demonstrate products and services to customers and assist them in selecting the best options for their needs.
  3. Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
  4. Maximize customer satisfaction by addressing ad hoc inquiries during and after the sales process, taking corrective actions as needed.
  5. Inform management by submitting ad hoc sales activity and results reports.
  6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  7. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, etc.
Problem Solving and Technical Support
  1. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management.
  2. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
We are looking for an individual who:
  1. Has solid experience in a sales position within an international environment.
  2. Has a technical background with 5 to 10 years of experience, ideally in the automotive or industrial equipment or GSE environment.
  3. Is a true entrepreneur and highly customer-oriented.
  4. Is willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
  5. Possesses strong negotiation and organizational skills.
  6. Is assertive and a born salesperson with excellent business acumen.
  7. Is able to recognize and identify new business opportunities and convert them into profitable deals.
  8. Has excellent oral and written presentation skills.
  9. Communicates effectively with customers and colleagues.
  10. Is open-minded with a strong team spirit.
  11. Possesses integrity and strong business ethics.
  12. Is fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
