Regio Gent zijn we op zoek naar een part time laborant of student laborant om te werken op ma en vr. Functieomschrijving Als laborant voer je vooral QC analyses uit. Je werkt steeds op ma en vr. Je werkt in een vroege, late en dag shift. Verantwoordelijkheden Je staat in voor de uitvoering van staalnames en kwaliteitscontroles op inkomende, intermediaire en eindproducten alsook op R&D producten in ontwikkeling. Je zal voornamelijk fysische testen uitvoeren zoals dichtheid, deeltjesgrootte, vochtbepaling, XRF, oppervlakteanalyse, alsook microbiologische analyses en chemische testen Je toetst de betrouwbaarheid van de metingen door wekelijkse en/of maandelijkse controle van de labotoestellen aan de hand van standaard stalen en/of ijkgewichten Je verzorgt het dagelijks onderhoud van de labotoestellen, staalnamepunten en labo ruimtes Je bent betrokken bij team projecten in het kader van continue verbetering op gebied van veiligheid en kwaliteit Je werkt conform de ISO normen (ISO9001 en ISO14001) Je rapporteert aan de Quality Manager Profiel Je bent in het bezit van een A2/Bachelor diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting Je bent een enthousiaste medewerker die hoge eisen stelt aan het werk dat je uitvoert Je bent leergierig, neemt graag initiatief en kunt zelfstandig werken Je bent een teamplayer Je kunt bij voorkeur terugblikken op enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in een industriële omgeving Je werkt nauwkeurig met oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit, orde en netheid Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands.
