We are looking for talented people to join our team to help us serve our growing client base.
Your ProfileYou're a digital advertising specialist with at least 1 year of experience setting up and monitoring online advertising campaigns.
You love jumping around in the different ad managers and your #1 motivation to get up out of bed in the morning is seeing your ROAS increase.
As a data-driven person, you value results over opinion and you constantly experiment to gain new insights.
As a marketeer, you will be constantly running ad campaigns, monitoring their performance, and tuning them where needed.

- You know Facebook Ads & Google Ads (Search / Shopping / Display) by heart.
- You know how to translate business goals into performance metrics and set up the right campaign types.
- You have an analytical mind and are able to analyze statistics and ad performance.
- You are experienced with Google Analytics & Google Data Studio.
- The technicalities of Google Tag Manager, custom conversions, Facebook catalogs, etc., don't scare you.
- You have strong & fluent communication skills.
- You are ambitious, a quick learner, and naturally go the extra mile.
- You are an empathic person and can easily put yourself in the shoes of potential customers to better understand the customer journey.
- BONUS: you can create appealing ads in Sketch or Figma.
- BONUS: you can write sales copy.
- BONUS: you know the cool analytic platforms like Windsor.ai / Hotjar / etc.
- BONUS: you know how to use platforms like InstaPage / Elfsight / etc.
- BONUS: You have basic HTML / CSS knowledge.
